This page explains how The Everlyn handles basic website and contact information.

Effective 1 September 2026

What we collect

When you contact us, we collect the details you share: your name, email address, message, and any optional phone number, intended stay dates, or party size you provide. No payment information is collected on this website.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your enquiry, discuss or support a stay, improve our service, keep the website secure, and meet legal or operational obligations.

The providers we use

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to run this website and our communication: Vercel for website hosting and delivery, Web3Forms for contact-form processing, and Google Workspace for business email. Messages sent through the site pass through these providers so they can reach us. Beyond that, we share personal information only where the law requires.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website sets no analytics or advertising cookies and ships no client-side tracking code. Our hosting and form providers may still process routine request data, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site, route a message, and prevent abuse.

How long we keep it

We treat an enquiry as active while we are responding, while an associated stay is upcoming or in progress, and while a follow-up issue remains open. After that, we keep only what is needed for legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, or security reasons, and delete it when those reasons no longer apply. Service providers keep their own routine logs under their policies.

Your choices

You may ask what contact information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to information we must retain for a legal obligation.

Reaching us

For privacy questions, corrections, or removal of your information, write to legal@theeverlyn.com. This is our grievance contact, and we respond promptly.
